Minus L cheese mix is a product designed for people with lactose intolerance, while maintaining all the values of dairy products. The packaging contains slices of cheese: Gouda, Tylżycki, Emmentaler. Due to a different production process, the cheeses are slightly sweeter than the traditional ones, which does not increase the calorific value of the product.
