COMTE CHEESE 150g
Traditional French hard Comte cheese with a uniform appearance, yellow colour and a hard, rough crust. The maturation period of the product takes from 10 to 16 months. Diced Comte is served as an appetizer or salad ingredient. Perfect for fondue and casseroles, cheese soufflé and sauces. It bears the AOC sign guaranteeing the authenticity of the origin of the milk which it is produced from in the region of France concerned. It also meets strict standards for the production itself. Made from raw cow milk. Contains 45% fat.
