WYKE CHEDDAR EXTRA MATURE CHEESE
WYKE FARMS is a new range of the highest quality British cheeses! Cheese production takes place at Wyke Champflower in Somerset, near the town of “Cheddar”, birthplace of original Cheddar cheese. Extra Mature Cheddar is a British semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk with min. 48% fat in dry matter. Ripening period is about 12 months. Slightly spicy taste with intensity assessed at level 5 on a scale of 1-6.
