Original French semi-soft cheese with overgrowth of greenish-blue mould. Bleu D’Auvergne cheese is characterized by an intense, salty taste. It is a great addition to sauces, soups, cheese pastes or toasts. It goes great with pasta and salads. Bleu D’Auvergne makes excellent semi-dry white wines. The cheese contains 50% fat.
