Original French semi-hard cheese with a distinctive taste. The most popular delicacy in Switzerland after fondue. It is ivory-colored, covered with a light orange-brown crust. Raclette can be served with vegetables, cold cuts, meat, potatoes, fish and spices. Dish, composed according to individual preferences, should be baked in a frying pan or in an oven. For dishes with Raclette cheese, red wine or herbal schnapps are recommended. Made from pasteurized cow’s milk. Contains 48% fat.
