PANEER CHEESE
Paneer is a type of homemade curd cheese widely used in Indian cuisine. Produced from cow’s milk, but without salt or rennet. Paneer has a compact texture that does not melt after heating, but becomes soft and particularly pleasant for the palate. Paneer is perfect as an addition to salty and sweet dishes.
