PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CHEESE (round 1/8)
Original Italian hard cheese produced for centuries according to the traditional recipe in the regions of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Bologna, Modena and Mantua. Cheese production process is closely supervised by the Parmigiano-Reggiano consortium based in Reggio nell ́Emilia. Parmigiano Reggiano hard cheese is obtained from raw cow’s milk. It ripens for a minimum of 12 months and has a deep, expressive taste. Recommended in grated form.
