By choosing Italian cheeses with the DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta, or Protected Designation of Origin) label, you are guaranteed that the cheese originated in the territory to which its name refers.

Mozzarella di bufala

A buffalo milk cheese from the south of Italy – Campania. It has a unique, creamy flavour.

Peperoncino

A sheep’s milk-based cheese with a creamy texture and a distinctive flavour.

Pecorino Romano DOP

An intense sheep cheese made from the milk of sheep from Sardinian pastures.

Blu di capra

Ideal for the discerning, health-conscious. It combines delicate flavour, digestibility, low cholesterol and a wealth of protein and calcium.

Gorgonzola DOP

Lactose-free mould cheese. Valued for the contrast between its creamy texture and its characteristic sharper flavour.

Crema taleggio DOP

Delicate tasting cheese made from cow’s milk. Ideally suited for spreading.
