Original Spanish hard cheese made from sheep milk with a six-month ripening period. Excellent, distinctive taste. Crucial ingredient of the cheese board, a great addition to salads. Perfect with fresh bread. It is best served with white or dry rosé wine. Manchego hard cheese is obtained from pasteurized sheep milk. Contains min. 50% fat.
