Soft cheese with a growth of noble, pink mould, which is due to the paprika extract. Creamy-white to golden yellow flesh, with single holes of creamy texture characterized by a delicate but expressive taste and aroma. Rougette mould cheese is great on the cheese board, accompanied by fruit. It is an excellent ingredient of salads and hot dishes. Delicate, semi-dry white wines are recommended for Rougette. It is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. Contains 65% fat.
