Diplomat is a gastronomic symbol of Bavaria. This semi-hard cheese is very popular on the international market due to its universal taste. Diplomat cheese is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. 10 kg of fresh milk is used to produce one kilogram of ‘Diplomat’ cheese. This German cheese ripens for five weeks, developing a characteristic aroma. This cheese will be perfect in hot and cold dishes.
