GRANA PADANO CHEESE (serving)
Original Italian hard cheese, very ripe, usually grated or served in cubes. Intense taste and aroma of the cheese goes perfectly with white, dry or sparkling wine (snack) or with red wine (as meal final touch). Grana Padano tastes great with fruit and white bread. When grated, it is a great addition to hot dishes, e.g. soups and casseroles. It is obtained from raw cow’s milk. It has a DOP marking, which is a guarantee of its authenticity, as well as emphasizing the typicality inherent in a given region of Italy.
