Fresh cheese in brine with a delicate, mild taste and a flexible, compact consistency. Mozzarella in brine is an excellent ingredient of salads. Its taste is perfectly compatible with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. Dry wines are recommended for mozzarella. The cheese is made from pasteurized cow milk. Contains 45% fat.
