WYKE FARMS is a new range of the highest quality British cheeses! Cheese production takes place at Wyke Champflower in Somerset, near the town of “Cheddar”, birthplace of original Cheddar cheese. Cheddar Ivy’s Vintage is a British semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk with min. 48% fat in dry matter. Ripening period is about 18 months. Spicy taste with intensity assessed at level 6 on a scale of 1-6.
