MAASDAM CHEESE
This Dutch semi-hard cheese with a fat content of 45% is distinguished by its mild, extremely subtle taste. Slightly nutty aroma makes it the most famous Dutch species, compared to Emmentaler. It tastes best on sandwiches or in salads. It also works great as a cheese board component. Perfect with red wine. Maasdam is made from pasteurized cow’s milk.
