MIMOLETTE CHEESE


This Dutch semi-hard cheese is famous for its intense orange color, obtained using natural annatto dye. Produced from pasteurized cow’s milk. Compared to other cheeses, it stands out with a slightly fruity aroma that goes well with baked and hot dishes, i.e. casserole, pizza or croutons. Mimolette is eagerly used for cheese boards.
