As a leading distributor of global brands, Temar strives to meet the expectations of conscious consumers and started a project of organic products! Sliced yellow cheeses of the KLARMA brand are primarily natural ingredients from organic farms with BIO certificate. BIO category is developing better than conventional products and, according to Nielsen data, their dynamics from year reaches almost 20% increases every year. More and more consumers pay attention to the composition of products. Motto of a leading distributor of global brands is “the less, the better” – of course, that doesn’t concern the taste! What does that mean? First of all, no preservatives, flavor enhancers, chemical dyes and other elements that artificially increase the value of the product.

Temar’s portfolio also includes the Michelangelo brand, which is identified in Temar as our “own brand” due to long-term membership in the European Commercial Union. The association brings together the largest companies from all over Europe that offer premium dairy products.

On 21 September, Temar obtained 2 medals in culinary cheese contest „Good Cheese”! Official ceremony took place during Polish Cheesemaking Congress in Lublin. Cheeses were evaluated by the experts: chefs and cooks. The assessment included flavour and general impression. Temar obtained the first medal in the category “Salad cheese”, receiving gold for original Italian Michelangelo Burrata cheese. This delicate and mild cheese has been appreciated for years. It has a wide range of using in the kitchen: it can be served with tomatoes, basil, pasta or as an addition to salads and crispy bread. Additionally, you can serve it with basil sauce, pinch of mint, lemon sauce and olive oil. Temar has also obtained a brown medal in category “Cheese board soft cheese” for Italian Mozarella Michelangelo di Bufala. This cheese has elastic and dense consistency. Irreplaceable in salads. Temar plans its further expansion of Michelangelo brand with more products expanding categories and offer of imported cheeses. In order to meet the market needs, our company launched a line to produce mold and semi-hard cheeses. Therefore, clients receive sliced and packed cheeses with appropriate labels. FRESHPACK project includes over 30 types of cheeses from various European Union countries.
