Soft cheese with white growth and overgrowth of blue mould, having a noticeable creamy consistency. An inspiring combination of natural flavour with a spicy note, specific for blue mould. Perfect cheese for salads, cold and hot dishes. Excellent on the sandwich and on the cheeseboard. White wines are best suited for Cambozola. Produced from pasteurized cow milk. Contains 70% fat.
