DOR BLU CHEESE


Cheese with an overgrowth of noble blue mould, which gives it a characteristic, spicy taste. Made from pasteurized cow’s milk. It works great as a dominant ingredient of dishes – salads, ravioli and tortellini fillings or pastries, as well as all kinds of pastes. Soft texture facilitates versatile use in the kitchen.
