WYKE FARMS is a new range of the highest quality British cheeses! Cheese production takes place at Wyke Champflower in Somerset, near the town of “Cheddar”, birthplace of original Cheddar cheese. Cheddar Mature is a British semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk with min. 48% fat in dry matter. Ripening period is about 6 months. Creamy, mild taste with intensity assessed at level 4 on a scale of 1-6.
