Manouri is a Greek cheese made from a combination of sheep’s and goat’s milk. Its strong, salty and milky taste is lined with a slightly citrus note. Manouri’s texture is creamy and smooth. It’s a great low-fat alternative to Greek YOGHURT. It is also perfect for casseroles and baked goods, because it melts easily.
