P’TIT GREY CHEESE WITH ASH


Original French soft cheese with mould growth, with ash. It is characterized by a delicate, subtle taste and a uniform smooth consistency. It tastes delicious with crunchy bread, fits perfectly with grapes. Served on a cheeseboard. Red wines taste best with P’tit Grey and ash. The cheese is made from pasteurized cow milk. Contains 55% fat.
