One of the oldest French cheeses made exclusively from the milk of Lacaune sheep, which graze on the giant plateau of Aveyron. The taste is complex, creamy and soft due to the maturation process, which is currently produced in the same natural caves of the village for at least 4 months. “Roquefort Papillon” is the most famous Roquefort with full aroma, which is characterized by high intensity of penicillium roqueforti.
