MORBIER ASH CHEESE (round 1/2)
Original French semi-hard Morbier cheese is a compact, elastic and at the same time soft cream-colored pulp. After cutting, a decorative horizontal black layer of wood ash is visible with rich tradition in layering. Natural beige rind is moist. Morbier cheese has a pungent aroma and a sweet fruity taste. It melts very well and will be excellent in sauces and casseroles. Produced from cow’s milk. It contains 45% fat.
