L’Ortolan is the best Brie cheese, additionally enriched with 2% of the addition of real white Italian truffle – and all this without additional artificial flavors. It contains 55% fat. The cheese is produced in Franche-Comté (an area of eastern France) in only one factory in Charcenne.
