FOURME D’AMBERT COW CHEESE


Delicious French semi-soft cheese with noble blue mold. It is characterized by an intensely salty and spicy taste, ideal for serving cheese on the board. Great as a filling for dried apricots and an ingredient of cocktail pastes, it is also an excellent addition to sauces, soups, toasts and tarts, pasta and salads. The fullness of its unique taste can be felt in combination with heavy dry red wine. From pasteurized cow’s milk. Contains 50% fat. The cheese has the AOC marking, which is a guarantee of authenticity, as well as an emphasis of a given region of France.
